Chris Rizzo is the founder of ShaWING Food Truck in Denver, Colorado. He grew up in Rochester, NY and moved to Buffalo, NY after high school. He grew up loving Buffalo-style bar food including chicken wings, beef on weck, and chicken finger subs, among others.
