Portland, welcome Vy Bánh Mì Food Truck! Looking to bring the popular Vietnamese sandwiches, Bánh mì, to Portland, Minh Nguyen and his wife, Vy Phan, are launching their food truck sometime in late February/ early March. Originally from Vietnam, Minh & Vy moved to Portland 10 years ago, telling us that this is their dream and they cannot wait to be on the road!
Their menu plans to include 6 different types of bánh mì from the following:
- The Traditional Bánh Mì
- Grilled Beef
- Grilled Chicken
- BBQ Pork
- Meatball
- Tofu
